How is your theater or festival really attractive for families with young children? How do you build an audience?
My long experience as a theater marketer for companies (eg. The Theatre Company), theatermakers(eg. Jakop Ahlbom), theaters (incl. Toneelschuur) and festivals (eg. Holland Festival, Festival 2 Turven Hoog) I would like to put to you for advice provided so that the progress show is a special experience for both the artist and the audience.
In 2010 I initiated the Toneelschuur and the Philharmonie Haarlem edition of Festival 2 Turven Hoog. This was the beginning of my relationship with Festival 2 Turven Hoog and my love for the beautiful ideas what this festival is all about. At the Company Theatre in Amsterdam, I initiated the Compagnie Petit family program, where I named my new office at. I also did the programming of Childrensmuseum House of Aristotle, I recommend the Amsterdam City Theatre for their family program and I program for years the theater in kdv Billie Amsterdam.
I find it very important that there is good quality work created for small children. My mission is that this work will be presented and seen by as many children and their parents. So that they can fully enjoy it and an experience to be gained!
Cie Petit is also there for the makers. Individual artists may contact me for marketing – and business support.
